Pre-Order Products:
The shipping time for pre-order products will be counted from the estimated shipping date, which is detailed on each product's page.

Customs fees:
ECRU is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser and vary depending on the country of destination. Please contact your local customs office to estimate customs fees.
