RETURN POLICY
Please note that all sales of discounted items are FINAL. No returns or refunds are allowed.
Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned.
If you wish to return your purchase, you have a period of 5 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
Return costs, including shipping, taxes, and any additional fees, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags intact. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Once your item(s) have been received at our warehouse and our team has confirmed that they meet the return criteria, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned items. This store credit will be valid for a maximum period of 3 months. The store credit amount will be calculated after deducting all return expenses from the item’s original price. Please note that store credit cannot be used for shipping payments.
